Transformative Learning
A learning strategy for survival
Are we destroying our livelihoods? Personally, I believe that our world has a systemic error and we must wake up to see the problems we face such as the loss of biodiversity and in the same time relate to the ongoing climate crisis. As Professor Trond Gansmo Jakobsen presents it, it is our values we must look at. Transformative learning involves a restructuring of our thoughts, feelings and actions in relation to solidarity with fellow human beings and an understanding of quality of life, joy and wellbeing. Transformative learning is also about stimulating wonder and rediscovery of the "mystery" (sense of the sacred) which is about feeling togetherness in the world, to the earth and the life systems.
Online further education
Sustainability leadership for people, planet, and prosperity
This development project aims to develop a online, part time study programme for continuing professional development.
The programme in sustainability leadership will especially be suited for people who are aiming to develop their capacity for leading sustainable development processes and practices in their professional settings. It is therefore designed to support leaders to navigate the issues they are facing, related to political, economic, social, and environmental challenges.
This online programme is relevant for both current and aspiring leaders in private, public and non-governmental sectors, and for those striving to align their organization’s work with social and environmental responsibilities and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The programme will be organised in a flexible manner to accommodate the busy schedule of working professionals and support their needs for continuing professional development.
Green production & Planet Placement in the screen Industry
Global collaborating to learn
Development project at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences This development project aims study possible models and relevant content for the possibility of developing an online further education in sustainable development and production relevant to the screen industry (film and TV). A relevant follow-up project would be focusing on developing, test, evaluate and use innovative student-active forms of learning and learning-promoting forms of assessment to help candidates gain understanding, knowledge and skills for sustainable development. The project is a collaborative project between the Faculty of Audiovisual Media and Creative Technology (AMEK), the Faculty of Teacher Education and Pedagogy (LUP), the Center for Collaborative Learning for Sustainable Development (CCL) and the Norwegian Film School (DNF) at Lillehammer, Hamar and Oslo.

Steve Arrowood, 2010 (Steve managed Camille directly)
"Camille is a talented leader, adept at communication with youth and staff. She is an easy presence to have on a work team, with high stamina and strong rapport skills".
